| Description: | A seasoned sales executive with impeccable skills and a minimum of 5 years of advertising sales experience, including selling digital advertising solutions (Web and/or mobile). Excellent writing, presentation, and phone skills. A team player who follows strategic direction to meet assigned revenue goals. Flexible – able to adapt within a fast-moving, start-up environment. Maintains a can-do, positive attitude. Is a prospector, adept at uncovering and closing new opportunities. Has contacts at West Coast agencies and direct advertisers, with a focus on entertainment marketers, and others targeting the teen and young adult demo.

| Duties: | The selected candidate will have responsibility for building a book of business and meeting individual quarterly revenue goals, consistent with the sales plans and sales strategies for mobile and Web offerings. Priorities: mobile (85% of focus) and Web (15% of focus). |
| Qualifications: | • 4-year college degree required
• Success closing business with both agencies and direct clients. Of utmost importance is the ability to engage senior-level executives at both agencies and direct clients.
• A successful track record, meeting/exceeding revenue goals and managing a book of business. Demonstrated success in winning repeat business.
• A consultative seller, who understands that before you sell, you must first strive to understand.
• A minimum of 5 years selling traditional, on-line and/or mobile advertising solutions. An understanding of the digital and traditional advertising marketplace is a necessity. Fluent in the language of media.
• While mobile advertising sales experience is not a requirement, it is expected that the Sr. Account Executive will become an ambassador within the mobile marketing sector – educating agencies and clients about the merits of mobile advertising.
• Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to prioritize activities to yield the greatest results.
• An individual who works well independently but is also a team player who shares his/her learnings with others for the betterment of the team.
• Works in concert with account management to manage existing business and optimize results.
• Impeccable integrity and honesty.
• Proficient in MS Office.
