| Duties: | As an SDET at ChaCha, you are an integral part of the software development lifecycle working in an agile environment building test automation tools. In this role you will be responsible for developing test strategies (unit, load, functional), working with developers to ensure quality, verifying defects, and being an internal advocate for process and product quality.

| Qualifications: | • B.S. in Computer Science or related field
• M.S. is preferred but not required
The ideal candidate must have experience with the following
• Unit Testing Tools (JUnit, NUnit, XUnit, etc)
• Load Testing Tools (JMeter, Grinder, OpenSTA, LoadRunner, etc)
• Creation and execution of test plans, suites, cases and scripts
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or XP
• Black and white box testing techniques
• Manual and automated testing
• Build tools such as ant, maven, make, phing
• Web Testing
Experience with the following is a definite plus
• Java, Groovy, MySQL, GNU/Linux
o Apache Camel and ActiveMQ
o JAXB
o JINI
• JUnit, GroovyTest
• JMeter and Selenium.
• Hudson or other continuous integration tools
• Metasploit and other automated security auditing tools
